Obituary

Falba Jolene Dotson, 90, passed away September 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on November 2, 1931 to Charles and Mallissa Heskett in Wichita Falls, Texas. She moved from Dale, Oklahoma to Oklahoma City in 1949 where she was a devoted mother to her children, Mark, Diane and Lezlea. Falba was active in the Single Squares and Metro Singles Square Dance clubs, as well as, volunteering at SW Medical Center. She owned and operated Dancewear Unlimited for 15 years. Falba enjoyed square dancing and she loved watching OU football and basketball. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She adored her grandchildren and involved herself in all of their activities. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings; her former husband and father of her children, Bill Dotson. Falba leaves behind cherished memories with her son, Mark Dotson and wife, Frances; daughter, Diane Pruett and husband, Kearney; daughter, Lezlea Herrin and husband, Nathan; grandchildren, Chandra Privratsky and husband, Steve, Jeffrey Snow and wife, Samantha, Kasey Pruett, Travis Pruett and wife, Julianne, Ashton Hendrix and husband, Joel, Allora Conallis and husband, Cody, Allyssa Tucker, Alleah Herrin, Arriah Herrin; 10 great grandchildren, Hudson, Jameson, Hunter, Henleigh, Makenna, Hayden, Grayson, Hank, Adelynne and Oaklyn; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Dale Cemetery in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
