Fannye Belle Skaggs February 23, 1932 ~ June 10, 2020 Fannye Belle Skaggs went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the age of 88. She was born February 23, 1932 in Lebanon, Oklahoma to her parents, Daniel Richard and Alice (McLish) Williford. Fannye married the love of her life, Carl T. Skaggs and this union of marriage was blessed with a son, David. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful homemaker for her family. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, doting grandmother and faithful friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her: Parents; Husband, Carl T. Skaggs; Daughter-in-law, Pamela Sue Skaggs. She leaves behind her loving family: Son, David Skaggs Many other loving family and friends.
