Obituary for Faye Maxine Lee

Our Mother "Maxine" went to meet her Heavenly Father on 27 Aug 2024 after a Long and Happy life of almost 99 years. She was born on Sept 2, 1925 in Blanchard Okla to John and Ruby Hobbs.

She was married in Chickasha OK on March 28, 1946 to the love of her life Eugene Lee for 64 years until his death on 31 Aug 2010.

She was preceded in death by:

Father and Mother, John and Ruby Hobbs

Husband: Eugene Lee

Sister: Eline Young

Son in law: Melvin Adams

Great Son in law: Marco Munoz

Grand-daughter, Christy Lee.

Their marriage resulted in three children, Sondra Adams, Linda Moody (Deceased) and Robert Lee.

Six grandchildren, Shauna Hoover, Donna Bingham, LeAnn Moody, Amy Calhoun, Christy Lee (Deceased) Jennifer Adams.

Four great grandchildren, Alexandria Calhoun, Christopher Hoover, Joshua Hoover, Brittney Munoz.

Four great great grandchildren, Isaiah Hoover, Ryder Munoz, Makenna Munoz, Eliana Hoover

Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mom is survived by:

Her sister Alma & Husband Arnold Myers

Son: Robert & Wife Mari Lee

Daughter: Sondra Adams

Sister-In-Law: Mary Miller

Mom was a member of the Oakcrest Church of Christ and loved her church family and friends her entire life.

If you had a birthday that she knew about there would always be a card in the mail. Mom died on what would have been our dads 99th Birthday, we all believe she wanted to deliver the card herself.

We will always remember!
