Frances Marie Livingston, fondly known as "Fran" by her family and friends, was born in Chen-tu: China on August 1, 1948 to Virgil & Melba Sherwood. Fran moved often as child, due to her father's military career, the family finally settled in Oklahoma City where Fran graduated from Central High School Class of 1968

On November 3, 1978 at the Wheatland United Methodist Church, Fran married the love of her life Thomas Lee Livingston, together they shared 44 wonderful years together, and ever faithful to his commitment "until death do us part" Tom was by her side when she joined her Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 1, 2022

Fran dedicated her life to caring for her family; she was a wonderful homemaker & always went out of her way to attend to the needs of not only her immediate family, but many of her friends.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents; son Christopher Livingston

& her brother Virgil Eugene Sherwood, Jr.
