Frederick Roger Fowler passed away peacefully on September 22 at 89 years of age. Roger was born on February 24, 1934 in Red Rock Oklahoma to Oscar and Alice C Fowler. Roger grew up working on the family farm and learned the value of hard work at an early age.
Roger graduated from Tecumseh High School and proudly served in the Navy. He then returned to Norman Oklahoma to attend the University of Oklahoma. That is where he met his future wife, Anita Haddock.
