Viewing for Mr. Frederick Longo will be 2 - 8 PM Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

There will be a wake service starting at 6 PM for Frederick at the Vondel Smith South Colonial Chapel, 6934 S. Western Avenue, Oklahoma City.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 811 W Wrangler Blvd, Seminole, Oklahoma, with burial to follow at the Seminole Nation Cemetery and Veterans Memorial.

Frederick Arthur Longo passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at his home in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. Fred was born in Winchester, MA. on November 26, 1947.He was raised in Stoneham, MA and graduated from Stoneham High School in 1967, in the fall he joined the Air Force, and while stationed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, he met his future wife, Sandra Archer, they married on December 3, 1968. His AF career consisted of Crew Chief on C141 Starlifter and the C5 Galaxy Aircrafts. Fred switched to manpower management for the last few years where he received his Bachelor Degree in Communications from Troy State and a Master Degree in Business and Mathematics at Webster University. After 20 years in the Air Force he retired and entered into a new career as a Senior Aerospace Inspector at United Space Alliance for NASA at Kennedy Space Center, FL and retired in 2011.

Fred and Sandra were married for 56 years and have five children, Kent E. Longo, wife Suzelle and 4 children; Kirk A. Longo, wife Jennifer and 8 children; Keely D. Longo, husband Alfred and 3 children; Kyle F. Longo and 1 son; Kimberly S. Melton, husband Chris and 1 daughter. They have a total of 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

Fred was preceded in death by his Father, Benjamin A, Longo; Mother, Virginia R.(Murphy) Longo and a sister, VirginIa R. Longo.
