Obituary

Genee Suzanne Dibler gained her angel wings and entered the gates of heaven at the young age of 44 on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at 2:35p.m.

Genee was born in Oklahoma City, OK, on August 31st, 1981. Genee graduated from Southeast High School May 2000. She was on the JROTC Air Force Program’s National Championship team at Southeast. Upon graduation she started working in the eye field, optometry and in ophthalmology. She was currently working at BVA advance Eye Care.

Genee had a heart full of love. She loved her family, and especially cherished spending time with them. Her love of vacationing on the beach led her to Destin, Florida, and Branson, her second most loved vacation spot. Her love of shopping had many faces: she loved going to estate sales, antique stores, craft shows and anything that had shopping in it. It should be no surprise: Genee really loved Black Friday shopping. Just as much as Genee loved shopping, she loved OU softball. Genee played softball for 20 years.

Genee was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.B. & Sue Dibler, Roland & Thelma Teague, nephew Gavin Jace Taylor, her uncles Lonnie, James, Mike, Danny and Rusty, cousins Blake and Zach and her aunt Cheryl.

Genee is survived by her son Kayden Soderquist, her parents, George and Gloria Teague, sisters Genni Satterlee (Greg) and Gerika Wheeler (Jerry), her brother Greg Dibler (Wendy), her fiancée Ronnie Winstead, her nephews Preston Satterlee, Mason Taylor, Paxton Satterlee, nieces Peyton Satterlee and Malory Taylor, her Best Friend, Jessica White, her aunts: Kathy (Gene), Brenda, Glenda, Gayla (Danny), Gemmi, Teresa (Jack), Judy (Mike) and uncle Darrell along with numerous cousins. She also leaves behind two bonus kids: Trystan and Rayven, and two amazing fur babies Nova and Dasher.

We are going to miss her smile, laughter, and her sense of humor. The family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers and support over the past 5 months. In lieu of flowers, please donate any way that you can to the Oklahoma City Animal Shelter.
