George Lou "Beeg" Kolokotrones was born on February 1, 1945 in Yakima, Washington and passed away on September 12, 2024 in Warr Acres, Oklahoma at the age of 79. George will be remembered for his love of family and the cherished memories he leaves behind.

He is survived by his:

Daughter ~ Maria-Theresa Sweten

Niece ~ Kristi Smith-Kenney

Granddaughters ~ Samantha Spano and Audrey Sweten;

Sisters ~ Terri Sologub, Pam Carey, Lana Torrance, and Teresa Nowlin;

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to National WASP World War II Museum, dedicated to preserving the history and legacy of the Women Air Force Service Pilots of WW II, visit www.waspmuseum.org or an organization held in high esteem of donor's choice. A private family graveside will be held at a later date at Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
