Roger, 77, passed away March 11, 2015. He was born in Ft. Smith, AR on Oct 29, 1937 to George & Frances Phares. Roger graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1954. He earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1958. Upon graduation, he worked for General Electric. Then Roger worked at Southwest Electric Co, which was founded by his father & 2 uncles. He is survived by his 3 daughters: Elizabeth Myers, Nicole Ong & Rebecca Leiberman and granddaughter, Bali Ong. No viewing. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 AM Monday, March 16, 2015 at South Colonial Chapel. Friends may leave condolences for the family.
