Georgia "Anne" Blackward, 72, of Moore, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2010. Anne was born January 4, 1938 in Tamms, Illinois to George Claude and Anna Marie (Malley) Croft. Anne was a member of Regency Park Baptist Church where she enjoyed her church family and loved Bible teaching. She often found joy in helping others and volunteered with The Hugs Project as well as The Food Pantry. Anne was a wonderful cook; her family especially enjoyed her cookies. She liked birds, hunting for mushrooms, and games such as jigsaw puzzles, dominoes and scrabble, however, she especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren and would proudly attend any event that they had.

She is survived by:
• Her husband of 53 years, Herman Blackward;
• Children, Liz Melton and husband Dan, Jeff Blackward and wife Cherri, Nathan Blackward and wife Stacie, and Billy McElrath and wife Karen;
• Stepfather, Charles "Papa Chick" Hood;
• Brother, Dennis Croft and wife Diane;
• Sisters, Sherry Vick and husband Bruce, and Carol Mitchell and husband Buddy Warren;
• And grandchildren, Jeremiah, Mary, Catherine, Jessica, Marshall and Rance.
