Gladys was born near Pryor, OK and at a young age moved with her family to Parsons Kansas.

After Gladys graduated from high school, she went to Nursing School, and became a Registered

Nurse in 1950.

Gladys would continue to practice nursing for many years.

In 1952, Gladys met a military man, and she and Everett married in July of that year. Everett

was the love of her life. The military life took them to many places over the years, such as

Ecuador and Paraguay. When Everett retired, they moved to Auburn Washington where they

lived for 27 years. In 1992, they made Oklahoma City their home. Gladys and Everett spent 43

years together until his death in 1995.

Gladys is survived by her brother James (Jim) Fish of Parsons, Kansas, and special friend

Christy Reed of Yukon, Oklahoma.
