Obituary

Gregory Bronson "Bron" Willis was born July 7, 1953 in Oklahoma City, OK to Orvil and Lillie (Evans) Willis. Bron was raised in Colorado and attended High School in Denver at Iver C. Ranum. Bron moved back to Oklahoma City in the late 1970's and made Oklahoma his home for good. In 1993 Bron met Angie Monson while working at American Heritage Builders and in 1996 they starting dating. Bron and Angie were married in Oklahoma City in 2004. They were members at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Moore for many years. Bron had 4 daughters Sonya, Tonya, Amanda, and Kristie. Bron loved his family and worked hard to provide for them. He was always involved with home improvement companies throughout his life. For the past 15 years he worked for Sooner State Home Improvements in Oklahoma City. Bron loved summertime and the outdoors. Whether he was at Lake Texoma or the beach in Port Aransas, he felt at home being surrounded by the outdoors and nature. Fishing, hunting, camping and boating were his outdoor pastimes. He also had a life long passion for cars and motorcycles. Most recently he got involved in trick kite flying. Bron was a family man and all these things allowed for his family to be involved which was great for bonding. Even if Bron couldn't be at the lake or the beach, being home with family made him a happy man. Bron also had a love for horses and for over 40 years raised and took care of his favorite horse, Breaker. The connection he had with all of his animals was as deep as a father's love. Anybody that knew Bron was aware of his sense of humor. He was not a serious person at all and was always known for cracking jokes or slipping in his favorite catch phrase "you're gonna miss me when I'm gone..." His easy going attitude and fun outlook on life was always a breath of fresh air to others around him. Although Bron left this earth quickly, the impression he left while here will last forever. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, co-workers and clients but never forgotten.
