Greyson Alexander Fox, beloved son and brother, left our presence on July 1, 2024 at 24 years young. He was born on October 18, 1999 in Oklahoma City. Greyson, a/k/a G-man, is survived by his loving family including parents, Karen and Greg Fox, and one brother, Michael Fox. Greyson also leaves behind two grandmothers, GJ and Nana, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from high school, college, Fox Building Supply, the Police Academy and the Oklahoma City Police Department.
Greyson was a 2018 Moore High School honors graduate, where he was a trumpet player in the marching Band and the Jazz Band.
Greyson was also a member of the Boy Scouts of America. He attained the rank of Life Scout, he served as a Senior Patrol Leader and was a member of the Order of the Arrow. He completed the National Youth Leadership Training course and attended two National Boy Scout Jamborees at Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia.
After high school graduation, he attended Wichita State University. He was a member of the shooting team (trap and skeet) where he earned his new moniker "G-money" because of his accurate shooting abilities and always hitting the money shot! Greyson graduated in 2021, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, and a minor in History.
Greyson started his training with the Police Academy in July 2022, with Class 145. He was sidelined with a shoulder injury, was recycled, and began again with Class 148. Greyson proudly earned his Badge #2484 as a graduate on February 15, 2024.
Some of his favorite leisure activities included traveling with family (he would choose mountains over beach), reading, hog hunting in Hollis, OK, smoking cigars, watching Raider football, Thunder basketball, OU football, drafting/playing fantasy football, offshore fishing, working out, eating watermelon and spending time with his brother, Michael.
Greyson was wise beyond his years, and was frequently described as having an "old soul" He could easily adapt to be among a crowd of people or stay home alone, just reading. We will miss him greatly, and will spend our remaining time on earth reminiscing and laughing about him. Greyson will remain in our hearts forever.
