Harlan B. Speegle, Jr., passed away in Oklahoma City on January 30, 2022. Harlan was born in Oklahoma City on August 14, 1957 to Harlan, Sr. and Virginia Speegle. He graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1975 and received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Central State University in 1979. Harlan started his career with Southwestern Bell that same year as an operator. He enjoyed 33 years with Southwestern Bell and AT&T and rose to the rank of Call Center Manager. He lived in Texas for many years and made many lifelong friends. Upon retirement in 2012, he returned to Oklahoma City to be near his family and friends.

Harlan was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, parents, and brother Tommie. He is survived by his two brothers Steve and Randy, his sisters-in-law Darlene and Elizabeth, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Harlan Jr. will be dearly missed and will live on in the memories of his beloved family and friends.
