Viewing will be 4PM-8PM Friday with family present from 6PM-8PM to greet friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the South Colonial Chapel.

A graveside service will be at 10 AM Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Greenview Cemetery, in Reidsville, NC. Services there will be directed by Fair Funeral Home, 423 Boone Rd., Eden, NC, where Harvey was born.

Harvey Jenkins passed away on November 6, 2019. He was born November 8, 1920 to Dennis J. Jenkins and Lela (Smith) Jenkins, in Rockingham County, North Carolina. He was a C-M-2 in the US Navy from 1942-1944. He was a truck driver for Transcon Frieght Lines and retired in 1984. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; five sisters; his wife, Ruth (Jones) Jenkins and son Ronald Jenkins. He is survived by his wife, Naomi Jenkins, of the home; son Tony (Sharon) Jenkins, of OKC; grandson, Justin Jenkins, of Ponca City; granddaughter, Shevaun (Aaron) Young ,of OKC; seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; step-son, Steve (Keri) White, of OKC; step grandson, Steven White, of Skiatook, OK and step granddaughter, Jill Woodruff, of Savannah, Georgia. He was a member of Southern Hills Church of God, in OKC.
