Private family services will be held Memorial Donations will be announced. Hazel Mae Cooke, 89, passed away Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 surrounded by her family. Hazel retired from Brookwood Baptist Church where she served as the Senior Adult Minister for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Reverend Paul Cooke in 1989. She is survived by her loving and adoring family, daughters Kathy Smith and her husband Thomas, Karen Cooke, Donna Post and her husband Brad, and her son Steve Cooke and his wife Linda. Nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Most importantly, Hazel deeply loved Jesus and served her Lord faithfully until she was finally able to meet Him face-to-face.
