Heath Justin Pruitt, 50, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 in Oklahoma City. Heath was born on February 1, 1973 in Leavenworth, Kansas to his parents Ronald and RaSonya (Colgin) Pruitt. He was the youngest of three boys. After earning his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University, he was commissioned as second lieutenant in the United States Army. Heath enjoyed anything outdoors like fishing and hunting. Sports were also a big part of him especially soccer and he played football for Pittsburg State University in Kansas. Heath also enjoyed art and traveling, enjoying many beautiful sunsets on the beach. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Survivors include his parents, Ronald and RaSonya and brothers, Chad Pruitt and Lance Pruitt.

Viewing will be held 4-8 pm Thursday, July 6, 2023. A celebration of life service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Vondel Smith North Colonial Chapel (13125 N. MacArthur Blvd).
