Ila, 90, is now at home with the Lord. She was a very kind and caring woman. Her life was a beautiful reflection of the love of Jesus. She was born in Wagoner Oklahoma to Isaac Franklin & Ollie Belle Willis. After graduating from Wagoner High School, she completed her Bachelor's degree at Northeastern State University. As an elementary school teacher, she touched the lives of many children. She was married to Earnest Walter Raby for over 55 years and they have one daughter, Cynthia Raby. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Iota and St. Andrews Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, husband & 3 sisters: Hazel Cochran, Ima Jean Duhon & Julia Moeckel. Memorial service: Sat. Sept 26 at 2:00 PM at South Lakes Chapel. No viewing or visitation. Memorials may be made to: OKC Orchestra League: Childrens education programs.
