Jack, 78, went to be with the Lord on March 22, 2015, surrounded by his family. The son of Paul Jackson and Olive Wynona (Rhodes) Birge, Jack was born September 26, 1936 in OKC, OK. He was a RufNek at the University of Oklahoma & graduated in 1962. He enjoyed a long career as an electrical engineer. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, & grandfather. Jack is preceded in death by his parents & brother, Avon Eugene Bathe. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; 2 daughters, Donna Parker & Kelly Tanner and her husband Paul; grandchildren, April Busch & husband, Aaron, Brandon Shelton, and Bianca Reel; great-grandchildren, Drew Busch, Jackson Busch, Christian Shelton, and MaKenzie Shelton; and a host of other loving family and friends. No visitation or viewing. Services to celebrate his life will be held 11 am Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at South Lakes Chapel with burial following at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
