Jim, 56, went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK. The son of James A. Sr. and Thelma Nadine (Cacy) Corbett, Jim was born May 17, 1959 in Tulsa, OK. He graduated from OSU with a bachelors in accounting and University of Phoenix with an MBA degree. He married Sherri Lynne Eckenrode. He was a member of Southpointe Church. Jim was a loving husband and father, loved by all, who will be deeply missed. He is preceded in death by parents and son, David Corbett. Jim leaves cherished memories with his wife, Sherri Corbett; daughter, Melissa Corbett; brother, Walt Corbett and wife Terry; sisters, Jimilee Crook and husband Merle & Dolly Crook and husband Larry; granddaughter, Paisley Corbett and countless other loving family & friends. Memorial visitation will be 4-8PM at the funeral home with family present to greet friends from 5-7PM. Services to celebrate his life will be 11:00AM on July 10, 2015 at Southpointe Church, 13300 Straka Farm Rd, OKC, with burial to follow at Heritage Burial Park at South Lakes.
