James Allen "Jim" Hackett, 72 was born July 6, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Albert Leroy and Golda Mae (McKinnis) Hackett. He died Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Heart Hospital North here in Oklahoma City. James married Nancy Isaacs on May 4, 1962 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. James' first church home was Exchange Avenue Baptist Church and he was currently a member of Graceway Baptist Church. James retired from York International. James loved his Church and his family very much. He was very devoted to his family. Among other things in his life, James loved hunting and fishing, all different kinds of sports, and watching Fox News. He truly enjoyed being with his special friends going on trips and to the lake.
James was preceded in death by:
• His parents, Albert & Golda Hackett
• A brother, Leroy Hackett
• Infant twin sister, Judy
• Baby Granddaughter, Rikki Lynn
Survivors include:
• His loving wife of 53 years, Nancy
• Children Jami and husband Greg, Jim and wife Charla, Julie, and Jeff and wife Amie
• Brother, Don and wife Carol
• Sister, Pat and husband Rick
• Grandchildren, Chris, Kyle and Brittany, Corbin & Ashlee, Kenzie & Tanner, Isaac, Shelton, Kenneth (Peaches), Amber and Ryan, Jesse and Dalton
• Great Grandchildren, Londynn, Preslynn and Aiden
• Many friends and his Church family
