Beverly Jane Booher Loveall, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 14, 2010, with her family at her side.
Jane was born January 7, 1930, in Lubbock, TX. She grew up in Wichita Falls, TX, and graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1947. Jane moved to Oklahoma City in 1972 and lived there until her death. She was a faithful member of Heritage Baptist Church. The pride and joy of Jane's life was her large family and many friends. She was best known for her unconditional love, always giving of herself without expectation. She has left a legacy through her special gifts of mercy and compassion, touching many lives through her gentle spirit and strong faith.
Preceding Jane in death are her parents, Finace and Jewel Booher, her husband, Vernon Loveall, niece, Rynn Williams, and the father of her five daughters, Morris E. Stewart.
Jane is survived by her two brothers, Dale & Lisa Booher of Shelter Island, NY and Jim & Kaye Booher of DeSoto, TX. She is also survived by her 5 daughters, Beverly Hardridge of Edmond, OK, Kathy & Jamie Harris of Katy, TX, Janey Wheeler, Julie & Larry Buchanan, Marcy & Les Miller, all of Oklahoma City; as well as her step-children, Debbie Melton of Weatherford, OK, and Kevin "Vern" & Kathy Loveall of McCall, ID. "Tanty", as she was lovingly known, leaves behind 22 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a multitude of nieces and nephews. Jane will also be missed by many others she took into her heart and home.
Jane's family would like to thank Dr. Smith, Dr. Huff, and Dr. McNealy, as well as the nurses and staff at Integris Baptist Medical Center who lovingly cared for her during her sudden illness. The family would also like to thank the many people who prayed on her behalf.
A celebration of Jane's life will be held Wednesday, November 17 at 2:00 pm at Heritage Baptist Church, 14317 North Council Road, Oklahoma City. Jane will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City. Memorial donations can be made to the Heritage Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
