Jay Scott Harrell joined His Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at the age of 49. The son of Wilson L. and Patty Jim (Baughman) Harrell, Scott was born October 5, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A guy's guy, a girl's crush, an exceptional father, a loving husband and a doting grandfather. Scott had a personality that had its own gravitational pull. Scott possessed the strength of Samson, the heart of David, and the patience of Job. He was generous to a fault and lived to make people laugh. His finest trait, however, was that he had a heart for God. Scott is standing in His presence today as a result of a tragic motorcycle accident on Saturday, November 9th, 2013. Scott had just begun a new life with wife, Misty Dawn (Smailey) Harrell and her daughter, Taylor "TayTay" Faith Bruehl, a role he thoroughly enjoyed. Scott will be deeply missed by all.
