IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jeanette Dawson
Simpson
February 20, 1959 – September 18, 2023
Jeanette "Jenny" (Hinckle) Simpson, 64, of Moore passed away Monday, September 18th, 2023 at her home, with her family near her side.
Jenny was born February 20, 1959 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to Charles and Elizabeth Hinckle. She spent a significant part of her youth in Lexington, Missouri, and later moved to Shawnee, Oklahoma, where she graduated in 1977. Jenny was active in drama, debate and later in community theatre at Shawnee Little Theatre.
Jenny was blessed with two sons, Matt and Danny, whom she loved and cared for dearly. She was a wonderful mother and always made sure her sons had everything they needed. They later relocated to Moore, Oklahoma, when she married her sweetheart Frank Simpson on December 12, 1992.
Jenny typically left the front door open to share her home with friends and family. She often shared laughs and memories with friends at Henry Hudson's, Lumpy's, or the lake. Jenny also enjoyed sewing and made quilts, items for friends, and outfits for herself.
Jenny will always be remembered for her kindness and friendly nature. She was a compassionate caregiver, offering unwavering support to her parents, family, and friends during their periods of illness and declining health.
