Jerry Golden went to be with his Heavenly Father on February 16, 2025 at the age of 87. The son of Pert Pierce and Willie C. Golden, was born on July 30, 1937 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Jerry grew up in south Oklahoma City and graduated from Capitol Hill High School and Central State College (now University of Central Oklahoma).

On June 9, 1959, Jerry married his one true love, Judy Stanmire and together they shared more than 65 years of marriage. They were blessed with three daughters, two grand daughters and 4 great grandchildren.

In addition to being a loving husband and devoted father, Jerry provided for his family as a CPA and worked as Director of Income Tax at the Oklahoma Tax Commission where he retired after 30+ years. Jerry enjoyed sports, especially baseball and basketball, working crossword puzzles, and most of all his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pert and Willie Golden and siblings Larry Golden and Martha (Golden) Carter.

Jerry leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Judy Golden, daughter JoLynne Lair, daughter Jill (Golden) Kirkpatrick (husband Jay), and daughter Jerri Golden, granddaughters Chelsea Kelley (husband Mike) and Katelynne Morphew (husband Dean) and great grandchildren, Ainsley Kelley, Aiden Kelley, Anders Kelley and Rawlings Morphew.
