BELL, Jess William, 8/31/29-9/30/09. Born in Colorado, TX and relocated to OKC where he married Wilma Jean Owens. Together they raised seven children, traveled the world and celebrated life and the Lord. Jess was a builder, a fisherman, and adventurer. He cared for his family and friends alike and he never met a stranger. Everyone loved "Billy Bell." Jess served his country in the US Army and now belongs to the Lord's Army. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years. He is survived by his loving companion Shirley Cloud; four sons and their wives, Clayton Bell, Christopher and Christie Bell, Jerry and Marissa Bell, Richard and Jean Bell; three daughters and their husbands, Marsha and Mark Henley, Ellen and Robert Young and Sheryl Dillard; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends.
