Obituary

In Loving Memory of Jesse Norman Boring

Jesse Norman Boring, 64, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Jesse was born in Sacramento, California, on March 24, 1962, to J.D and Norma Lee Boring. He grew up enjoying sports, especially baseball and basketball, and graduated from Harrah High School in 1980.

Jesse joined the Oklahoma City Police Department in 1989, beginning a career dedicated to serving and protecting others. He proudly spent many years serving his community before leaving in 2001.

Jesse had many passions throughout his life. He loved playing music, riding motorcycles, spending time at the lake and boating, and hunting. Music held a special place in his heart, and after retirement, Jesse moved to Panama City, Florida, where he enjoyed spending his time playing live music and doing what he loved.

Jesse’s life was filled with memories, adventures, music, family, and friends. Those who knew him will remember his love of the outdoors, his passion for music, and the moments shared together that will never be forgotten.

Jesse is preceded in death by his parents Norma Lee and J.D Boring; his brother, Jody; his sister, Dolores; and other beloved family members.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his Son Jesse and wife Andrea, daughter Mandi and husband Tad, daughter Connar and Fiancé Jacob. Grandchildren, Jasmine, Janie, Mason, Breana, Wyatt and Waylon. Aunt Ardoth and Uncle John, Siblings Jewell and Danica and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and dear friends.

Though Jesse is no longer with us, his memory will live on through the people he loved, the lives he touched, the music he played, and the memories he left behind.

Rest peacefully, Jesse. You will be deeply missed and forever loved.
