IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jewel Dean
Prock
December 12, 1925 – October 29, 2015
Jewel Dean Prock, Judy, as we lovingly called her, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10 PM in the evening. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was born December 12, 1925 in Hollis, Oklahoma to Charley F. and Letha Eva Weldon Crow, who lived in the McKnight community. She is preceded in death by her parents, her younger sister, Colleen Joyce Crow Olson Williams and husband Carmon Hue Prock, who was the love of her life. She is also preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Paul Merida, AJ Herman, and Eugene Prock; nephews, Gary Olson and Boyd Merida. She is survived by daughter, Gayleen Prock of the home; older sister, Nell Ruth Crow Merida, Del City, OK. Sister-in-law, Thanya Prock Kirby and husband Clyde, sisters-in-law, Dottie Nelson Prock, Betty Brooh Ikman Prock, Billie Boatwright Prock, Audrey Simmons Prock and many nieces and nephews. Carmon and Judy married in 1945 after Carmon came home from World War II. They met and fell in love right away and married six weeks later. They were married 65 years. She and her family were active members of Southern Hills Baptist Church taking part in many jobs that the church had to offer. They loved the Lord, the pastors and all of the many friends they had made over the years. Judy also lover her family and loved to have family get togethers. She loved gardening, baking, canning, sewing, traveling, OU football, word puzzles, and being with family. She was always there to offer help to any member of her family or Carmon's family if they were in need. All of her time was freely given. She was a wonderful woman of God, daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was loved by everyone and will be sorely missed. She will have many jewels in her crown. There is a great reunion in Heaven right now, our beloved Judy has gone home.
