Jimmie Francis (Key) Marrs was born on November 29, 1929 in Wayne, Oklahoma the daughter of Francis Lavert and Gladys Beatrice (Edwards) Key. Jimmie was raised on the farm, graduating from Wayne High School and received an Associate's Degree from the University of Oklahoma.

She married Donald E. Marrs and raised 3 children in Oklahoma City. Jimmie was a lifelong member of Church of the Servant until her death on Thursday, February 29, 2024. She devoted 32 years to Skyline Ministry and was a long-time volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Her parents, her brother, Gene and her son, Tim preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Marrs Shoemaker (husband, Robert) and her son Steven Marrs (wife, Lisa), Robyn Marrs (Tim's wife); together with eight grandchildren, Michael, Kelly, Travis Lauren, Lindsey, Zach, Jessie and Hayden; and her six great grandchildren, Emma, Riley, Morrison, Towens, Claire and Beckett.

Jimmie loved and devoted her life to her family and will be sorely missed by everyone that knew her.

Memorial service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, March 4th in the Church of the Servant Chapel, 14343 N. MacArthur Blvd.. A private family inurnment will be in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
