Jimmie (Jim) Wayne Willis passed away on May 4, 2025 at home surrounded by loved ones, at the age of 83. He was born on January 3, 1942, in Hobart, Oklahoma. Jim graduated from Bethany High School in 1960. He lived in Oklahoma City/Bethany all of his adult life. Jim proudly served in the United States Army and was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death in 2013 by his beloved wife of 44 years, Merilyn Winston Willis. Survivors include his son, Johnny Willis and wife Robbin of Chesterfield, MO; daughter, Marci Bishop and husband Tony of Sunrise Beach, MO; grandchildren Brittany (Sean), Kasey, and Jake; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Rylee, Evelyn, Jaxton & Mason.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Johnnie's on Britton Rd in their event room. Please bring stories to share.
