He was also committed to his education, graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in July 1991.Mark was a dedicated OU Sooners fan, attending every game possible. He loved riding his Harley and traveling with friends all over North America. The cabin at Lake Texoma brought him joy, and was where he would spend time and share his wild stories. Mark was a fantastic chef, and proposed to Paula over pheasant under glass and bananas Foster. He was passionate for smoking meats, and we will always cherish his smoked turkey with his perfect teriyaki glaze.Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Woody and Opal “Pal” Waugh, and his sister, Kathy Waugh Segobia.
