Johnny Quintana, 36, of Oklahoma City, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 in Oklahoma City.
Johnny was born in South El Monte, California, just outside of Los Angeles., on March 11, 1987 to Joe Quintana and Olga Soto. In the early 90's, Johnny's family relocated to Oklahoma City.
After high school Johnny began working at a warehouse. He worked there for 2 years. He was always interested in classic cars, like his dad, and made a move into paint and body repair Johnny opened his own body shop, Heavy Chevy Auto Body. In 2019 Johnny decided it was time for a change once more, and began working in the marijuana industry, Johnny's true passion.
Johnny met his High School sweetheart, Claudia Andrea Hernandez, in 2005 and they were blessed with their son, Johnny J. and daughter Jaylynn Quintana. Family was on the top of Johnny's list and he went over and beyond to make sure took care of his family and spent quality time with them. Everyone from his wife and children, parents, brothers and sisters, even extended family; they all knew how much Johnny cared about them. He enjoyed ATV riding, Colorado's nature, listening to music and visiting family in California with his wife and children. On Sundays Claudia and Johnny made great memories going out cruising in the 1958 Impala and spending more time together as the kids got older. Johnny's favorite way to spend time with his children was four wheeler riding, family trips, cruising, walks in the park or going out for ice cream.
Johnny left this earth too soon, but he will never be forgotten. Johnny will always be remembered as Johnny Blaze and keeping it 100%. Johnny's legacy will live on through his son, Johnny and daughter, Jaylynn.
Johnny was preceded in death by his sister, Joanna.
Johnny is survived by his
Wife of 18 years, Claudia Hernandez
Children, Johnny J. and Jaylynn M. Quintana.
Parents, Joe Quintana and Olga Soto;
Brothers, Sonny, Andy and Joseph Quintana
Sisters, Josette and Renee Quintana
As well as countless extended family members and friends.
