Judith K. Winford, 81, formerly of Moore, OK, joined her Heavenly Father and a host of family and friends awaiting her arrival on Thursday, February 23, 2023 in Houston, Texas. She was 81 years old. Judy was born April 29, 1941 in Lawton, Comanche County, Oklahoma to her parents, Wayne and Mary Mead. In 1959, Judy graduated from Drumright High School. She had been a resident of Oklahoma City, Blanchard and Moore for over 63 years. In 1992, Judy retired from the Federal Aviation Administration after 32 years of very dedicated years. Judy worked as a Supply Production Controller during the last years of her service at the F.A.A. Judy was a longtime and faithful member of Shartel Church of God in Oklahoma City. Together with her husband Earl, they were active in several ministries of the church. In her spare time, Judy thoroughly enjoyed camping and for many years was a member of the Roadrunner Camping Club.
She was preceded in death by her:
Husband Earl Ray Winford;
Sister, Linda Elvington;
Sister, Sue Felts;
Parents, Wayne and Mary Mead;
Daughter, Sonya Childs;
Step-Daughter, Kathy Winford.
She is survived by her:
Daughter, Jennifer Linhardt of Houston, Texas;
Step-Daughter, Linda McClure and her husband, David;
Step-Son, Rick Winford and his wife, Peggy;
Brother Jerry Mead, of Phoenix, Arizona;
9 Grandchildren: Jennifer, Robert, Sara, Andy, Sky, Jordan, Kelly, Marshal, and Rylee;
7 Great Grandchildren: Miles, Evie, Wyatt, Sierra, Julian, Brooklyn, and Ella;
A number of nieces, nephews and many friends whose lives she touched.

The family will be present to greet friends from 5-6 PM at the funeral home Friday evening
