Julia Annette Burks "Judy" went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the age of 95. The daughter of Georgia Ann (Anderson) and Walter Scott Lemley, she was born on June 22, 1928 in Madison, Kansas. In November of 1944, Judy fell for a handsome young man by the name of Grady Burks, and united in marriage on July 7, 1945. The two settled in Oklahoma City, where they established their family, and raised their three children: Diane, Gay Lynn, and Wyatt. She and Grady enjoyed taking their RV out to several favorite spots to camp and spend time with family and friends throughout the years. Grady & Judy shared more than 72 years of marriage, and watching their family grow, before his passing on October 12, 2017. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her garden, playing any & all card games, and reading her Bible. Julia was a longtime member of Southern Hills Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.
