Public viewing will be held at Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary 4000 S. W. 119th Oklahoma City, OK 73173 on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the family will be present from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at First Southern Baptist Church 6400 S. Sooner Road Oklahoma City, OK 73135. Interment will follow at Heritage Burial Park Oklahoma City, OK. Kelly, a loving & devoted wife, mother & grandmother was welcomed into the arms of her savior on Thursday, December 31, 2020. She was preceded in death by her: Brother, Chet Fennell; Father, Chester Fennell. She is survived by her loving: Husband of 44 years, Kent; Son, Jeremy Cox his wife Jessica & their children Adyson, Landon, Hudson, Capton, Rozzlyn & Maeven; Daughter, Kristen Echols her husband Jon & their children David, Ethan & Kaylee; Mother, Delores Page; Sister, Kerry Wilkinson & her husband Kent; And, a host of nieces, nephews & other loving family & friends.
