Kelsey Jae Casler was born December 17, 1997 in Oklahoma City the daughter of Jay Howard and Carly Lynn (Clarey) Casler. She completed this life on Friday, June 10, 2020 at the age of 24.

Kelsey was raised in Oklahoma City with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her son, Jay Dean Harris; mother and step-father, Carly Casler and Greg Mowdy; her brother, Benjamin Jack Casler; her grandparents, Mike and Tricia Hensley, Karen Campbell and Bruce Sander, Howard Casler and Linda Mowdy; her aunts, Julie Casler, Kacy Lowe and husband John, Carrie Clarey and Ty Mallard.
