Linda Ley Bowlby, age 65, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, the morning of Wednesday, August 12, 2015, as a result of a long battle with sarcoidosis. Born on December 2, 1949 in Oklahoma City, OK to Leymond Bowlby and E. "Jackie" Kelley. She earned a BA in History; and became a Philosophy Instructor at OSU. Linda is preceded in death by her father; Leymond A. Bowlby, PhD, and her mother; Eunice "Jackie" Cedar, and is survived by: her sister; Vicki Alley and her brother; Dale Cedar, and her children: Jon & Monica Godsey and family; Dayna and Nik Niederschuh; Ryan & Danette Romines and family; best friend: Jane Meyer and family.
