Lois L. Ballard, 89, of Oklahoma City passed from this life Sunday, December 5, 2021. She was born June 25, 1932 in Canadian, Oklahoma the daughter of Lee and Rena Frances (Moore) Thompson. Lois worked for AT&T until her retirement. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, painting, gardening, and ceramics. Her most valued time was spent with her family. Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, George W. Hair and Thomas Larry Ballard; and brothers, Alvis Lee Thompson and Roy Thompson. She leaves cherished memories with her son, Roy Hair and wife Patricia Ann; daughters, Deloris Finley and Leona Anglin; grandchildren, Logan Anglin and husband Jonathan Burrill, Colby Badiyan and husband Dr. Shamim Badiyan, and Steven Hair and wife Kylie; great grandchildren, Grace and Olivia Badiyan; and many other family and loved ones. Viewing will be 4-8 PM Tuesday, December 7, 2021 and Wednesday December 8, 2021 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the South Colonial Chapel at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 6934 S. Western Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73139.
