Lou Ann Spencer passed away February 23, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born May 18th, 1946 to W.R. (Bill) and Patricia Terry in Oklahoma City. Lou Ann graduated from Putnam City High School in 1964.

In 1991 Lou Ann moved to Lake Eufaula and started several businesses with her partner Delf Ann (D.A.) Dawson. Lou Ann was a realtor and enjoyed the people she met and the friends she made because of her career. She was known for her green thumb and vast knowledge of flowers and plants. Lou Ann loved having friends and family at her home. Visiting around the table, on the patio or at the beach was one of her greatest enjoyments. Everyone was welcome and happy hour was at 5:00. She lived at Lake Eufaula until 2023.

Lou Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Diane Hawk and her partner Delf Ann Dawson.

Lou Ann is survived by her daughters, Cristy Spencer and her wife Tammy Vermeulen, D'Anna Hope and her husband R.C. Hope, and her grandchildren Riley Hope and Jack Hope.

A celebration of Life will be held at her home on Lake Eufaula June 8th, 2024
