Her Children Rise Up and Call Her Blessed.

M. Maxine Bolin, born June 19, 1929 in Hennessey, OK, and passed on January 5, 2025, at 95 years. Our precious Momma, GiGi is in the arms of Jesus. She was preceded in death by her parents Dave & Gertie (Bailey) Troyer; husband, Patrick Newlin Bolin; her son, Patrick Jean Bolin; her son, Michael Ray Bolin, and her daughter, Sandra Lee Austin. Maxine is survived by her daughter, Sherry Parker and husband, Mark Parker, of Oklahoma City; son, Tony Hammon and wife, Colleen Hammon, of Tavernier, FL; as well as a host of grands and great grands, too many to list.

Dear to and close to her heart these most recent years were her grandson, Collin and wife, Valerie and great grands, Audrey Carolyn and John Michael, their Grammy, Annette, BaPa, John and Aunt Stephi from Tulsa, OK. We are most grateful and forever in debt to our dear friend, our angel, and her Granny Nanny these past four years, Galatha Schwartz. Galatha we will always love you. In April of 2024 God provided another granny nanny/angel, Diana Lane. We could not have made it these past months without you, we all love you. Momma adored both of you.

Son Tony will preside at her home going celebration.

Our Momma had a servant's heart, serving her family first and foremost. She literally "SERVED" the people of Oklahoma her entire life. She started her career at the Biltmore Hotel, Downtown Oklahoma City in the late 1940's as the "Elevator Lady", where she met and fell in love with Bellman, Patrick Bolin. They married in 1950 and were married until his death in 2009.

She continued to "Serve" as a waitress in Oklahoma City at the well-known Cattleman's Restaurant for a short time before moving to a fine dining restaurant by the name of Glen's Hik'ry Inn on NW 10th and May "Serving" there for 27 years until their closing. At that time she moved to Sleepy Hollow by the Oklahoma City Zoo and served patrons for 17 years until their closing. Then on to Der Dutchman in south Oklahoma City and then to finish her servant career at Catfish Cabin in NW OKC until her retirement in 2011 at the age of 82. Our hospital preference was St. Anthony but God intervened and sent us to Norman Healthplex. We could not have received better care anywhere. We are so grateful for the care she received. We would like to specifically thank Dr. Rebecca Eagle, Dr. Sarah Brown, Russ, Tiffany, and Aiden.

There was no other like our Precious Mother. Entering HIS GATES she heard, Well done thou good and faithful servant.

Rest well our Sweet Momma, GiGi. You have earned it. We will love you for eternity.
