On Sunday, December 6, 2020, Manuel Hernandez, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 42. Manuel was born on November 25, 1978 in Municipio de Guadalupe, Chihuahua, Mexico to Juan and Micaela Hernandez. He attended Capitol Hill High School. In 1996, Manuel met his high school sweet heart, Kendra Hampton. Together they raised their daughter, Carmen and were later married on November 10, 2007. Manuel had a passion for life and thoroughly loved people. He made many friends easily, with anyone and everyone. When Manuel walked into a room, everyone would always be happy to see him. He always had jokes to share, positive advice to give, and good conversation to offer. Manuel had such a generous heart and would be willing do anything for anyone. He had a heart of gold and cared very deeply for his beloved family and friends whom he cherished. He enjoyed job as a welder. He began welding horse-trailers and later worked at Nortek, where he welded environmental air systems for over 13 years. Manuel was an avid football fan. He loved cheering for his Dallas Cowboys and OU Sooners. An avid NASCAR fan, Manuel also enjoyed all kinds of music, going camping and would never turn down a good drink. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed each day.
