Margie Gough went to be with her Heavenly father on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the age of 99.

The daughter of Adlai and Gladys Isaacs, Margie, was born February 2, 1927, in Carbondale, Oklahoma, She grew up attending schools in Carbondale and graduated from Webster High School.

On November 8, 1947, Margie married her sweetheart, Bill J Gough, and together they shared more than 62 years of marriage. This union of marriage was blessed with three children, David, Donald and Debbie, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

In addition to being a loving wife and devoted mother she worked as a customer service clerk and shipping/receiving for Sears for 35 years before she retired. Margie and Bill enjoyed their retirement by traveling all over the country.

Margie had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She loved and cared deeply for her family. We will hold her close in our hearts each day.

She was preceded in death by her: Parents, Adlai and Gladys Isaacs; Husband, Bill J. Gough; Son, David Gene Gough; and Grandson, Justin Vanzant.

She leaves behind her loving family: Son, Donald and his wife Gwen Gough, Daughter, Debbie and her husband Mike Roppoli, 5 Grandchildren: Heather and Tony Edmundson, Jake and Dawn Gough, Emily and Drew Pitchford, Caitlin Trail and Jeremy King, Tyler and Angelica Trail; 11 Great Grandchildren: Kiley Edmundson, Derek and Marie Edmundson, Isabel Nichols, Anabel Gough, Rosabel Gough, Allyn Pitchford, Noelle Pitchford, Liam Bell, Delanie Trail, Arran Trail-King, Aulay Trail-King.
