Marjorie Faye Curtis was welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the age of 93. She was born August 27, 1921 in Marlow, Oklahoma to her parents, Turner Roy and Zula P. (Smith) Hupp. She graduated from high school in Bray, Oklahoma. Marjorie married the love of her life, John William Curtis on May 10, 1940 and together they have been blessed with more than 75 years of wonderful marriage and a growing family. Marjorie dedicated her life to her Lord as a loving wife, devoted mother and doting grandmother. She provided a warm and loving home and always met the needs of others before herself. A woman who exemplified the characteristics and virtues of a Proverbs 31 woman, Marjorie served the Lord with all of her heart. Her family loved her deeply and she will be sorely missed. Marjorie was preceded in death by her: • Parents • And six brothers and sisters. Marjorie leaves behind her loving: • Husband of 75 years ~ John William Curtis of the home • Four Children: - Peggy Jo Usrey and husband Joe of Natural Dam, Arkansas - William Keith Curtis of Alexandria, Virginia - Kelvin Dean Curtis and his wife, Lynn of Paris, Arkansas - Carlton Lyle Curtis and his wife, Nancy of Seattle, Washington • Four Grandchildren • Ten Great Grandchildren • Five Great-Great Grandchildren • Many other loving family and friends
