IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Martha Ann
Goold
September 5, 1936 – October 27, 2022
Heaven welcomes Martha Ann Goold
A beloved child of God ascended to eternal life with dignity and gracefully accepted God's calling to a new life.
Born to Ralph and Martha Tuggle, Martha was devoted to her catholic faith for 86 years. She was Baptized at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Oklahoma City.
She attended Villa Teresa Catholic School, Mt. Saint Mary's Catholic School and graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School. She received all sacraments of life. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church where she married Gene Goold on April 22, 1957.
Her mission in life was to help her children create a path by enriching our lives through Christ and by showing us unconditional love.
She is survived by her loving children Mike Goold and Katie Heidel; daughter-in-law Pam Goold and son-in-law Kendall Heidel.
She was preceded in death by Gene Goold, a loving husband of 44 years; son JT Goold; daughter Valera Donohoe.
Martha took tremendous pride and was a devoted grandmother to Kayla, Joey, and Tyler Heidel; Evan Goold; James and Justin Keene and numerous great-grandchildren whom she loved and adored. Martha embarked in a career at Mistletoe Express and was a dedicated and respected employee of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics for 20 years when she retired.
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away, and though we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
We thank the Lord for His gift to us as we see our lives belong to God and we each are part of the peace and tranquility of His Kingdom. Amen.
