Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8 PM with the family present to greet friends from 6-8 PM at Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary at South Lakes 4000 S. W. 119th OKC, 73173.

Services to honor & celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020 at 1 PM at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at the St Joseph Cemetery in Union City, OK.

Martin was born March 30, 1938 in Rocky, OK to John & Ethel Sandersfield, he was raised in Oklahoma City & graduated from Capitol Hill H. S. Martin began his career as a printer for the State of Oklahoma printing for the Highway Department Division & the Oklahoma Conservation Commission working for a number of years before starting his own business Quintella Printing in 1973 retiring in 2006, Martin was especially proud that the family owned business he began is still in operation by his children. An avid traveler, he loved fishing & playing poker. He will always be remembered for his outgoing personality, his pride in the quality of his work & certainly the love of his family & many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Herbert Sandersfield; Sisters, Eva Mae Sandersfield Vogelgesang & Louise Sandersfield Green; brother in law Bob Vogelgesang. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Jo Ann Gatz Sandersfield; two sons, Kenneth Sandersfield, & Rick Sandersfield & his wife Lori; two daughters Cathy Hill & her husband TJ & Christy Schroeder; brother David Sandersfield & his wife Betty & sister in law Sue Sandersfield; nine grandchildren; Matt Swafford, Jake Swafford, Connor Sandersfield, Kaden Sandersfield, Michale Schroeder, Tyler Schroeder; Alex Schroeder, Eric Schroeder & Shawn Dempsey
