IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mary O.
Campbell
March 14, 1937 – June 8, 2025
Mary Oleta Campbell entered Heaven's gates with her loving husband, Curtis, son and daughter-in-law Steven & Sue, daughter and son-in-law Janice & Phil, grandsons, Oscar Jr, & Casey and great-granddaughter Olivia welcoming her on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of 88. The daughter of Orville and Lela Florence (Patterson) McKinley, Mary was born on March 14, 1937 in Snyder, Oklahoma. Mary grew up attending Hobart, Oklahoma Schools before marrying Kenneth Payton on August 8, 1953, at the young age of 16. This union of marriage was blessed with three beautiful children: Cheryl, Steve and Janice. Mary and Kenneth divorced in September 1974. Mary was blessed with finding love once again when she met the love of her life, Curtis Eugene Campbell. They were united in marriage on August 27, 1977, and this union was very happily blessed, increasing Mary's number of children from three to five with stepchildren, Carla and Chris. Curtis and Mary shared more than 24 years of marriage before his passing on September 4, 2001. The family were long-time active members of Crossroads Church where Mary enjoyed fellowshipping and making many dear friends throughout the years. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother and dedicated homemaker, Mary loved cooking for her family. Nothing was as important to Mary as spending time with her beloved family, supporting all their individual endeavors along the way. Mary was very passionate about babysitting her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She loved and cared deeply for her family, and she will be held close to our hearts each day.
