Mary deeply loved the Lord, her two children, her two sons-in-law, eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, siblings, cousins, extended family, as well as her numerous friends. It could be said that she never met a stranger! Mary loved sending birthday cards to her family and friends. Singing Happy Birthday and her special song, "Beautiful Birthday in Heaven" to family members on their birthdays was a special tradition. Much of Mary's later years evolved around the joys of celebrating holidays together with family.
Mary placed her trust in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of her sins and was confident Heaven would be her eternal home. The greatest legacy you can leave your family is having a personal relationship with your Redeemer and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Her family finds comfort and hope knowing she got her beautiful birthday in Heaven!
