Mary Ruth Lambert

Mary Ruth Lambert, 93, of Oklahoma City, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 29, 2023. Ruth was born on July 8, 1929 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Isaac and Ella Luttrell. While we are sad and we will miss her greatly we celebrate the life led by this amazing woman. Ruth was a perfect example of how to be a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was a blessing to all who knew her. Ruth was an avid bowler who bowled with family and friends for more than 50 years many times besting her children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren. She was 87 years old when she bowled her last 600 series, a great accomplishment at any age. Ruth is survived by her children: Rosa Shade and husband Walter, Allen Lambert and wife Barbara, Mary Jo Clayton and husband Allen, and Glen Lambert and their families which include 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
