Mary Pauline Walton, fondly known as "Polly" went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the age of 99. Polly was born on September 29, 1925 in Montell, Texas to her parents, Truman & Maud Ritchie. In 1941, Polly married the love of her life, Marvin Walton, during World War II, while he was serving in the Merchant Marines. This was a loving marriage that lasted 63 years until his death in 2008. She was been a member of Southwest Baptist Church since November 1965.

She was preceded in death by her:

Parents;

Husband, Marvin Walton;

Brothers: Bill Ritchie, Byron Ritchie, and Dale Ritchie;

Sisters, Gladys Roe and Pearline Lively.

She is survived by her:

Sisters, Dortha Hart and Mona Landrum;

Son, Roger Walton and his wife, Jan;

Son, Randy Walton and his wife, Pat;

Grandchildren: Daniel Walton, Matthew Walton and his wife, Seowshin, Chris Walton and his wife, Keri, and Heather Hellweg and her husband, Mark; Great Grandchildren: Cayla Walton, Kinslee Walton and Ellanie, Liam, Avenel, and Wolf Hellweg.

Viewing will be 4-8 PM Thursday, June 26th, 2025 at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 6934 S Western Ave.

Services will be 2:30 PM Friday, June 27th, 2025 at the South Colonial Chapel of Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 6934 S Western Ave, OKC, OK 73139.
