Mary was born January 14, 1928 in Bradley, Oklahoma to Reverend Roy Benjamin and Sadie Catherine (Jones) Wardwell. She was a member of New Heights Baptist Church where she was active in various ministries of the church. Mary was a member of the Eastern Star, Queen Christina Amaranth and White Shrine. Mary was Past Royal Matron in Amaranth and Past Worthy Matron in the Eastern Star. She thoroughly enjoyed her flower garden and playing piano. Mary loved her children and all of her grandchildren. She was diligent about attending all of their activities as they were growing up. Mary was preceded in death by: • Her parents • Two infant sisters • Three brothers, Jonathan Wardwell, David Wardwell and twin brother, William Wardwell • And her son- in- law, Roy Mason She is survived by: • Husband of 63 years, Frank of the home • Daughters, Joyce Mason, Linda Gamble and husband, Hurley, and Beverly Fulwider and husband, David • Son, Reverend Richard Smith and wife, Kim • Grandchildren, Raider Gamble, Dina Browning, Calvin Gamble, Eric Fulwider, Amy Kirby, Joshua Smith, Joanna Lambert, Ryan Smith, Ben Mason and Kara Smith • Twenty great grandchildren • And many other relatives and friends
